Today: 1) Review dramatic irony and aside
2) Class will read Act 1, Scene 4 of Macbeth, discussing the importance of Macbeth’s aside in which he refers to Malcolm as an obstacle.
3) Students will begin completing a review packet for their first Unit Test on “Beowulf” and “The Canterbury Tales.”
Homework: Edit/revise your “Philadelphia Tales.” Final copy due TUESDAY, October 11. Study for Unit Test on “Beowulf” and “The Canterbury Tales” to be given on WEDNESDAY October 12.
